It was truly an honour just to be nominated for Canadian Real Estate Wealth Magazine's "Alternative Investor of the Year," so to win the award was mind-numbing.
To me, winning this award means:
- We have served our clients well in that we have helped them to purchase and sell properties when they would otherwise have no options
- We have served our Joint Venture Partners well in that we have delivered returns within the range that we anticipated
- We have served our fellow investors in that we have helped to educate others in the use of alternative strategies, thereby helping even more people to either buy and sell houses or invest for their retirement.
For all of the above reasons, this is such a huge win, and I feel so blessed to do what I do.
