1) With our Rent to Own Homes, you can choose a home from our Available Inventory. Terms are decided based on your unique needs and situation. There is no huge down payment required, and no bank qualification until you are ready to buy the property.

2) If you already have 20% available as a down payment, then Seller Financing may be for you. You can choose from our Available Homes (or possibly choose a house on the open market) and buy it with no bank qualification by using seller financing provided by us. 

3) It is always a possibility to purchase one of our available homes with cash or with bank financing. 

4) If paying interest is an issue for you, we can tailor a solution to meet your needs. You can buy a home through rent to own or seller financing and we can structure it so you don't pay any interest whatsoever!  With an interest-free purchase, either a substantial initial payment or large additional annual payments are required in order to complete the purchase within a reasonable timeframe.

With both our rent to own program and seller financing, we strive to set you up for success.  We can provide periodic credit reviews and suggestions to improve credit, and we can refer you to a credit repair agency to help you qualify for a traditional mortgage when the time comes.
