What a great start to the year!
Last Friday I had the pleasure of joining Russell Westcott of the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN) for a 1-hour phone interview discussing rent-to-own investing. Then yesterday I participated on a panel discussion with fellow Rent-to-Own experts at the REIN 2013 Kickoff Conference.
And to top off the day, I was the proud recipient of a 
2012 REIN "Top Player" award for Northern Alberta.
Looking forward to many more great experiences in 2013!
